No company changes its tools to adopt an assistant. That is why the Box ships with a catalog of connectors to the systems the work actually runs on: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, IMAP mailboxes, network folders and NAS, SQL databases, project and support tools, CRMs, invoicing, e-commerce and industrial systems.
Every connection is explicit: you authorize it once, you see it listed, you can switch it off. Credentials — OAuth, API keys, connection strings — stay encrypted on the Box and belong to the workspace, not to the person who entered them.
If the right connector does not exist, you connect your internal APIs, a custom management system or an MCP server anyway: the keys stay on the Box like all the others.
