IntelligenceBox is a machine you connect to your company network: it reads emails, contracts, invoices and manuals and answers your questions. The documents never leave your network.
We started from an uncomfortable question.
The best-known AI tools all ask for the same thing: upload your documents to us. For a company handling contracts, projects, records or plant schematics that request is a problem — and often it is simply a no.
So we went the other way. Instead of a service you send your data to, a product that goes where the data already is: plug it into the network, switch it on, ask. Unplug the internet and it keeps working.
The company was founded on 6 July 2026 out of the meeting between two firms, PineApp and Blue Star Capital. Registered office in Forlì, daily work in Imola, customers across Italy.

Data never leaves
The Box processes everything on the machine sitting in your office. There is no cloud behind it and no external service reads your documents.
A product, not a project
It connects to the network and works. No months of integration and no open-ended consulting before you see the first answer.
We answer, personally
No call centre, no ticket bouncing around for weeks. Support comes from the same team that builds the product.
Genuinely close by
We are based in Romagna and handle installations across Italy. When it matters, we come and look at the machine ourselves.
