Does the app work without the physical Box?
No, the application is the client that connects to your IntelligenceBox on the local network. You need an active and reachable Box on your LAN to use all features.
Is an internet connection required?
The local core and on-premise archives can operate on the LAN. Internet is required for updates and optional cloud connectors such as email, calendar or external storage.
Can I install the app on multiple computers?
Yes, you can install the application on all necessary devices. Each user logs in with their own credentials and the Box manages access independently.
How do I update the app?
The application automatically checks for updates and notifies you when a new version is available. Updates happen with a single click.
